When you contact us or request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb and details of the item you want repaired, including any photos you upload.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out your repair, and to contact you about it. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone except where needed to complete a repair — for example, a manufacturer processing a warranty claim.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited and the device used. It does not identify you personally.
Storage and security
Enquiries are delivered to our business email. We keep records only as long as needed for the repair, warranty and our legal obligations.
