- LED models: sound but no picture. Backlight strips.
- Stuck on the LG logo or restarting (boot loop). Mainboard or firmware.
- Won’t turn on, standby light off. Power supply.
- Lines or colour bands. Usually a T-con board, and sometimes the panel itself.
About OLED burn-in
Burn-in (a permanent ghost image) is damage to the OLED panel itself. It can’t be repaired economically, so we’ll tell you straight away rather than charge you to confirm it.

LG warranty repairs are handled through LG’s own service network, so contact LG Australia while your TV is covered. Once it’s out of warranty, bring it to us for an honest diagnosis and quote.

Can you repair an LG OLED?
Yes, for power, board and firmware faults. Panel faults and burn-in usually aren’t economical to repair.
My LG is stuck on the logo. Can it be fixed?
Often yes. It’s usually a mainboard or firmware fault.
Do you repair older LG LED TVs?
