Common TCL TV faults
- Sound but no picture. Backlight strips.
- Stuck on the TCL or Google TV logo. Mainboard or firmware.
- Won’t turn on or standby light flashing. Power supply.
- Half the screen dark, or lines. Backlight or T-con.

Model number
The model number is on a label on the back of the TV (for example 65C755). Include it with your quote request so we can check parts availability.

While your TCL is under warranty, contact TCL Australia. Out of warranty, bring it to us for a diagnosis and quote.

We find the fault on the bench and quote the repair. A minimum diagnostic fee applies and comes off your invoice if you go ahead.
Repair and collect
We repair it, test it under load and let you know it’s ready to collect.

Is it worth fixing a TCL TV?
On larger and newer models, backlight and power repairs are usually worthwhile. We’ll tell you if it isn’t.
